Mr. Bauer goes to Africa
The upcoming “bridge” movie for “24″ will feature Jack in Africa. Coooool. Here’s some more info:
For the upcoming 24 movie, Jack finds himself in the motherland, looking for peace among lions, elephants and giraffes. He should know better. Instead of getting some much-needed R&R, our favorite CTU super agent lands smack dab in the middle of a military coup.
The events in Africa lead up to season seven in which Jack is subpoenaed and must high-tail-it back to Washington to answer questions from a bunch of ungrateful politicians who seem to always forget how many times Jack has saved this country’s hide.
The movie was designed as a bridge between the end of season six and the start of season seven. The two-hour film, scheduled to air in the fall, is also a way for Fox to remind viewers that Jack Bauer still exists.
