Holy where did the time go? Season 8 is upon us and I am sad to say that I don’t think I am going to do my recaps this time. I think, for just one season, I would like to just watch and enjoy without the pressure of having to remember details, constantly pausing my DVR, and write as fast as I can as soon as it’s over.
I think, in these days of real-time tweets, DVRs and all of those wonderful things, the day of the Recap is over. When I started doing this, I don’t think Tivo was prevalent and the ability to just catch the show online somewhere was hard to do if you missed it. I want to thank everyone who came by here over the years to read what some silly chick in Nebby thought about 24. The site’s not going away and I’ll still post interesting news or commentary about the show. But I’m just not going to recap anymore.
And in the interest of building up the excitement for the premiere Sunday, check out this TV guide article:

“This has been one of the greatest gifts of my life, the ability to do 24,” [Kiefer] said. “For me, yeah, it’s something that absolutely is open. I’ve always said that as long as people want us to make it… I would be interested.”

Katee talks to Fancast about her upcoming role on 24’s new season. It seems to be shaping up to be fantastico!
