are either you or your mother an actor?
because i'm an actor, and i can guarantee that most good professional actors would strongly disagree with this.
it's usually not a desperate crave for attention or other peoples personalities. Good actors love the craft of acting, "behaving truthfully in imaginary circumstances" and almost always draw from their own personalities and from themselves in creating an honest character. i'm sure that kiefer has used his own 'kiefer self' in every role he's played. you just change objectives and tweak your morals to get that 'evil' aspect.
anyways. that's my brief thought, derived from my education thus far as an actor these past 12 years.

Either another kowboy or - like Lady Sutherland said - a fireman. I 'member that short tid-bit in Dark City where he's flashing through the guy's 'memories' and you see him as a firefighter? I fell out of my chair when I saw that. That was HOT!!  (no pun intended) But kowboy again!! That's what I really want!
